Touch Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Touch app and related website content. By using Touch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must comply with applicable laws when using Touch. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app or website.

2. License to use Touch

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Touch for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and platform rules.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Touch may offer one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions for Presence features.
  • Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple via your App Store account.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings.

4. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of your entries (text, photos, and audio). You are responsible for the content you create and store in Touch.

5. Privacy and data handling

Use of Touch is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes permissions, local storage, and iCloud sync behavior.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Touch, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app operation, or use the service in ways that violate law or third-party rights.

7. Service availability

Touch may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time. Availability may vary based on device compatibility, iOS version, or Apple service status.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Touch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmitLens will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of Touch.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
